I visited this FedEx Authorized Shipping partner to send a few DVDs internationally. The clerk immediately quoted me $100 for the shipment without explaining any other options or services. When I questioned the high price, they simply suggested I go to the post office instead for cheaper rates. It seems they only offer the most expensive FedEx shipping services and don't provide customers with more affordable alternatives. A proper shipping partner should present all available options. Was very upset got up early to drop off a package and the store was not open at the stated time on Google. On top of that I ended up getting a bolt stuck in my tire heading there.
