I’m unsure if this is where a representative by the name of Arlo works, he’s been here for quite sometime and brought so much business with how hard he works. He’s my FedEx Hero, he’s always alone helping so many and he knows his job so well. Kind of needs a raise and for his machines to work properly. Thank you so very much Arlo for teaching me in how to use your machines, I forget and you always teach me without getting upset, unlike some people. Thank you Arlo.
Its not a ship center its just a drop off.
This place is not a complete Fed Ex shipping center as it pops up on Google maps. They are a limited authorized shipper. They can't print labels for returns for any Fed Ex return. The gentle man working there was very kind, respectful and customer service oriented. The last at the desk... Not so much. As we were talking, asking questions and making suggestions, she was glaring and making rude faces.
Very helpful, no lines, and they use all mail carriers. My new shipping center.
