They are so unprofessional called in and they hang up the phone.
Clean place, fairly large and multiple registers. This place is no different than a regular fedex/ups store for dropping off prepaid packages, most places do not scan in your drop off packages but this place did and gave me a receipt which is great since I don't have to worry about when my package will be scanned in once the courier actually comes for pickup and I have proof I did drop them off.
