This genuinely might be the shittiest delivery service of all time and worst customer service. I bought an iphone because my current one no longer works correctly. The phone originally came later than it was supposed to but it was fine so tuesday came, the package delivered but was delayed because a signature was needed and nobody was home that’s fine. So we called and attempted to get it picked up they said no so instead we asked for it to be rerouted. They lied and said it was rerouted but it went to the same address again... read more
Very friendly and helpful with shipping my FedEx boxes.
Not helpful does not give any information, and it is clueless about their jobs! A signature package is supposed to come.But they will not give me a time.So i'm supposed to quit my job and sit at home until the package comes or go pick it up myself.And then there's no reason to have fedex.Deliver it
