-1 star. I called them 4 times from the parking lot and no one answered the phone. I walked in after I called and there were no customers. So why the lady doesn’t answer the phone? She sent my return pkg back to me. I will never give them my business again! And she never apologized or showed any empathy. So incompetent.
Awesome experience. No wait time and great service!
