This Fedx business charges you DOUBLE I had an 8x10 envelope with court papers going to washington and it was $19.96 to mail, the man with the beard never put the postage on while I was there because he said "this man over here has been waiting, I'll put the postage on when done with him" As I started to walk out with my friend I was like I want to see the $19 postage and watch him put it in the mailbox, but my friend said don't worry he will do it.
