Today i stopped by the fedex store to get keys made... there was 2 young ladies working.. The lady on the end counter by the wall , spoke to everyone that entered the door, letting them know she would be right with them.. SUPER NICE!!!. The other young lady was very rude never spoke at all, not sure if she was having a bad day, if so, that's not right to take it out on her customer's.. I walked up to the counter, I asked can she make 2 key she said nothing i gave her the keys, she said $19.98 I gave her $20 she still said no... read more
