The clerk working was very helpful.
Very professional. Bought a box and used a fedex shipping label which they provided and I was able to just leave the product there to be packaged and it was for overnight and it got there the next day.
Was in the store yesterday. HORRIBLE customer service specifically by an Asian Indian woman who was completely unhelpful & purposefully ignorant of where she suggested I try next.. Location is an authorized FedEx shipping center yet couldn’t accommodate a simple boxing & 3rd party billing w/supplied acct no. Despite it I being 1 of the closest FedEx office to me, I will NEVER use it for my own FedEx biz acct.
