Very helpful staff.
I went in to return two large packages (rugs) and the employees were very kind and helpful. They offered to help me carry the large packages in, taped up the shipping labels, and said they would check the packages for holes and tape those up. They were very pleasant and I will definitely go back there if I need to ship something through fedex!
I can see why this place has 3 stars. They are virtually useless. If you need to return an item via FedEx make sure you have a printed label. Everything in 2024 is qr codes but they don't have the technology to keep up. Save yourself the time. Staff isn't helpful at all
