FedEx Drop-Off only… Not a FedEx ShipCenter.
I’m selling clothes and other stuff on mercari, depop and ebay and this location is the best to drop off my packages. Never, not once in the past year my packages were stolen or lost. The owner is very professional and cheerful man, always so helpful. Also I’m not sure why people are leaving one star reviews for ups/fedex companies,this business is just accepting the packages for ups/fedex trucks to pick them up.
The service was very prompt and professional. This is where I go to always ship anything out in Niagara Falls. I would highly recommend them as they’re quick, reliable and always friendly.
Worst courier company
Mark is the best! They have a very very good service here. So accommodating and friendly. Customer service is on top. They handle my package so well.
