The lady at the front was very nice, helpful and quick!
The phone call whenever you have a question is the face of the company if you ask me. My phone call resulted in answers. The answers were backed by services. It's just business here but somehow I was made to feel at home. Thank you For your excellent service.
Finally a FedEx who knows what's required to ship a firearm! The lady I spoke to was not just informative but friendly and driving out of my way was well worth it. When I arrived I was welcomed by the same friendly face I spoke to earlier. I highly recommend this location shipping dealer to dealer.
I was in this location on 11/06/2023 @ 11:50am. The guy who took care of me for whatever reason started bashing gay people. His exact words were "if a queer came to my house I would shoot them." He was extremely rude and odd. I sure hope so done takes care of this and gets rid of this guy. He is extremely hostile towards gays. I will be following up to do everything I can to make sure this guy is not serving the community anymore. He is a danger to society.
Pretty shre someone here stole my shipment, they will not give let me pick up my package and will not deliver it.
