Easy-peazy
Incompetent driver. Left shipment outside. Due to size, I couldn't move it. Promptly called for assistance. Totally ignored my request. Got rained on that evening. Customer service is poor.
Very friendly and helpful people. I was in and out in a couple of minutes even though I didn't know what I was doing when I walked in the door. The young woman who helped me saw immediately that I had no idea what I needed to do and cheerfully proceeded to do it as she explained to me what needed done. I couldn't ask for anything more. I regret that I didn't get her name so I could let her boss know what a great employee she is.
