At 70 years old on a hot 100 degree day, I was struggling to carry a large 45# package into the store. The young man inside stood at the counter and watched me. Zero customers, zero concern for helping to open the door. Just watched as I almost dropped the box but did drop my phone and all the papers I was carrying. Then he asked me how my day was when I finally dropped the box on the scale.
