I've used this scam a couple of times, once with delivery from eBay, and once with Walmart. Both times, something weird happened: the first time, they threw the package in a safe and didn't give me the password. The second time, they damaged the package, then sent it to a different address in another city, and then sent me messages saying they'd delivered it to me. Because of this, I can only conclude that there's chaos going on inside the company! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.
I had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx Office location. I placed a print order in advance and was told it would be ready at a specific time, but when I arrived, it wasn’t completed. There was no proactive communication about the delay, and I had to ask multiple times just to get an update. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in resolving the issue quickly.
