I had shipped via USPS, Fall glass pumpkins to some family in Florida & 1 of the pumpkins was broken upon delivery. I also went to UPS in Dripping Springs & it was going to cost over $50 to ship 2 glass pumpkins to another family member in Florida. I went to this Federal Express business in Driftwood & Greg went above & beyond to make sure that the 2 boxes that had glass pumpkins were secured & added extra packaging to each box.
