I dropped off a package that I was having a difficult time with. But luckily I bumped into Linda whom delivered extreme customer service from start to finish. She made sure my package was picked up, gave me assurances and all the supporting documentation I needed. She even called me to make sure it was successfully completed. Linda is truly an asset to this organization and I highly recommend her to others!
Went to ship some sneakers with a prepaid return label and didn’t have a box to ship it back in so I requested a box and was charged over $13 to include inside packing material. From $0 to $13 in a matter of minutes. I asked how much the box was and it was only $3.00. I told the associate to provide me a refund and I would pack the item on my own.
