Every time I go in for help, I get an attitude. I called and asked for a picture of a label from a package I dropped off. I recognized the voice and she (skinny blond) said "ok". I never got the image. I called back after the package was gone, same voice. She said "I don't know who told you that, we don't do that" package is lost. Thanks a lot. Don't trust them. Plain rude and unpleasant.
