Not sure who the FedEx Express Driver was driving van 114551 in Weddington around 2pm 10/20/2025. However, she was completely rude when she entered our office in front of patients and refused to answer any questions from staff. I’m assuming she was coming for a scheduled pick up that was taken care of. However, her lack of communication didn’t solve anything.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has completely ruined a time-sensitive delivery THREE days in a row. The package was supposed to arrive on July 16. It’s now July 19, and it’s still not here. Every day they gave me fake estimated delivery times, made me wait at home for hours, and then changed the status to “not delivering today.” I wasted three full days waiting at home for nothing — and the package was a GIFT that I needed YESTERDAY. Their customer service is useless, and the app keeps asking for a credit car... read more
