If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has completely ruined a time-sensitive delivery THREE days in a row. The package was supposed to arrive on July 16. It’s now July 19, and it’s still not here. Every day they gave me fake estimated delivery times, made me wait at home for hours, and then changed the status to “not delivering today.” I wasted three full days waiting at home for nothing — and the package was a GIFT that I needed YESTERDAY. I had missed the last FedEx truck for the day by a couple minutes, but needed something overnighted and did not have time to get my package to the ship center. They offered to take the package to the ship center so it could get out on time. Incredibly helpful and very friendly people! Saved me!
