Helped me ship off some packages with pre-paid Fedex labels. Friendly staff and I was in and out quickly.
Very unfriendly and even argumentative when I wasn't even complaining. The two times I came in the Spence Avenue Goldsboro location there was no one available at the counter to help me. Both times the same middle-aged white woman completely ignored me like I didn't exist and was snappy and irritated. When she did finally come on one occasion she was very rude, grilling me about not accepting QR codes. I don't care if you accept them or not, Just be friendly, man your post and state the facts!
