Each time that I shipped at this location, on a Wednesday (the same product and weight)for fed-ex two day air, paid the higher price of 2 day air, and promised the delivery would arrive on Friday afternoon before 5 PM.That was always a lie, plus I was over charged. Each time the parcel did not arrive on Friday, which I paid the higher price. Instead the parcel arrived in three days when it was promised 2-day air.
Always a pleasure to deal with, in and out with no problems..
Dropped off my package and it got delivered on time.
