Don’t trust this location
Very unprofessional and untrustworthy
So unprofessional. I thought FedEx was #1 in customer service and this location closed before 6:50 pm though their closing time is 7:00. I was here exactly at 6:50 and no one was in store and the door was locked. At the door and online it says it closes at 7:00 but they closed before that. Simply waste of time. I would not recommend this location as it is a franchise and they don’t care about timing or consideration of other people’s schedule.
Convenience and quick way to ship package. Front desk lady was pleasent
