Visited this location to ship equipment for work. Super simple process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Lied and said it was first time ever seeing a QR code for a Fedex Return. And then said no one in Red oak does QR codes. How would you know if you never seen QR for a return before. Rude and Dismissive.
Mary is the best, this store always takes care of the customers and treats everyone with respect. Feel like a member of family when I go in there, I can not recommend a better business.
