If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. Went in on a Thursday and asked to have a package shipped overnight. I was told the FedEx driver had already been and gone. I was told that it would be shipped overnight Friday and arrive on Saturday, Guaranteed. I paid a lot of money for a package to be sent overnight. It took 3 days to get there and didn't arrive until Monday. When I went to the place to ask for a partial refund since the package did not arrive on time, I was denied and the guy at the counter was very rude.

it's a rare experience to work with a business where the workers are so unbelievably competent. I had a real situation trying to FedEx a bunch of art and they handled it like Pros
