Called on 5/15/26 and scheduled a pick up. The Fed Ex Representative took down a completely different address. The packages sat for 3 days. Unacceptable. I called to ask customer service why, they told me the address was incorrect and there is nothing they can do about it. Fed Ex outsources and let mistakes happen without correcting or being held responsible. Be aware of this erroneous mistakes Fed Ex allows its outsourced agencies to make without a investigation policy. Terrible for business owners.

I paid for the urgent delivery of my parcel, the price of which is equal to the parcel itself. They promised to deliver within 1-3 days. In this department, the parcel was stuck for 5 days, and only now they updated the information, and said that my parcel will be delivered on Monday, that is, in 3 days at best. In total, my parcel has been delayed for 8 days. I don't understand what I paid for. There is no answer from support, there is only a robot that leads you in circles. Ugray attitude to work

Do not use, you cannot get any information on a package. They use and incompetent virtual assistant and you cannot get human on the phone, and they do not post a way to file a complaint or email they just give you the run around.

I had a package that needed my signature and they just sat it on my porch without me signing it. I've had other packages that where late after paying extra for a sooner delivery. Its a worthless company.
