This place is very difficult to find. I came here to pick up my package & literally could not find where to go. When you gps it, it takes you to the truck entrance instead of the customer pickup entrance. It's located where the warehouse workers pass the metal detectors. Security guard was super cool.
Package sat in facility for a month with zero scans. Ordered another package from the same company who used this FedEx facility again and my package has been sitting there for over a week with zero scans. When you call FedEx, it puts you in an automated loop that just hangs up on you. One of the worst companies on earth🤢🤮
always ignore the delivery instruction never reply to supporting ticket
