If I could give FedEx of Kennesaw zero stars I would. My package "departed" that facility at 5:30 am, it never made it the 1 hour south to me in Stockbridge. DO NOT USE FEDEX IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED!
My package didn't get delivered 2 days in a row now I have to wait till Monday to get my package, if they haven't lost it or stole it.
This facility is a joke! My package arrived there on May 5th and is still there. I tried calling there direct number they do not answer the phone. I can not get to a live person on there 800 number just the same can status message. They have pushed back my delivery date five time. I only live three miles from this location. At this point I just want to pick it up, but can't get anyone on line to schedule it. Beyond frustrated!! I would give a zero rating if I could!
Absolute worst FedEx hub there is. FedEx as a whole is just complete garbage. Guess they hire anyone and everyone who don’t care about there job
