The absolute worst. I cringe when my package is being shipped FedEx and once it gets to this location it's a coin toss if you're going to get it let alone one piece. If it's a large package going through this location you can pretty much assume you're gonna need a replacement.

My package arrived to this facility on the 13th... its the 16th... it was supposed to be delivered to my house in alabama TODAY but its STILL AT THAT HUB!!!

I consistently order from Georgia and every single time my package has the misfortune of being stuck here for days on end every single time. This time I paid extra for 2 day shipping only to receive my package a week late. God forbid I pay you extra to do your job. Then when I use your website to get a refund, every single option available miraculously gives me an error! How cute! My package is being held at this location, with no updates or information provided. Even the corporate FedEx customer service doesn't know what's going on with this FedEx location.

This hub is just a black hole that sucks in your shipments, never to be seen again. Somehow they lost a very large package and I can only assume it’s due to theft done by someone who works here in order for it to have gone missing like that. FedEx needs to do an investigation into this facility asap.
