fedex kennesaw location served my area.. fedex needs to fire the supervisors who hired the ppl that represent them... fedex takes no accountability for their workers.. their excuse is... 'theyre contractors' not auctual employees.. stop!... they represent fedex.. packages left at the mailbox.. grease stained packages.. packages left in the driveway.. they SUPPOSE to deliver from the street and not come in your driveway... driving on your lawn... I’m not even gonna yap but if your package is here just gon head and start the refunding process they either stole your stuff or lost it sorry in advance but yea if your stuff is being shipped with FedEx cancel your order to save yourself the heartache fr.

Delivered my packages to the wrong house. No idea where it went to as my neighbors don’t have it. FedEx is the worst shipping business you could use. Save yourself the headache and go with UPS or USPS.

Just throw the whole location in the trash! My package is still sitting in the HUB was supposed to be delivered yesterday now saying today and I bet it still won’t come. Called the 800 number and they’re saying they will escalate this situation. Y’all give me the creeps🤮 I never have this problem with the Ellenwood location! Y’all are lazy and ghetto. UPS is winning!
