My package is being held at this location, with no updates or information provided. Even the corporate FedEx customer service doesn't know what's going on with this FedEx location.

This hub is just a black hole that sucks in your shipments, never to be seen again. Somehow they lost a very large package and I can only assume it’s due to theft done by someone who works here in order for it to have gone missing like that. FedEx needs to do an investigation into this facility asap.

How can a package sit there for weeks on end without moving and nobody answers the phone? Clearly I’m not the only one based on other reviews. This is a birthday gift for someone that was purchased well in advance that has came and went and I continue to apologize for it being late. C’mon….get it together already!

FedEx is redirecting my packages to the wrong address. The address is correct from the shipper but this office will redirect my packages to the wrong address

It’s Tuesday night, my package was scheduled for Saturday delivery. It has been in Kennesaw since Monday at 1:16AM which is 20 minutes from my home however you can’t get in contact with anyone, can’t change to pick up, no help. This is not the first time. As per other reviews I’m wondering if I too will ever see my package. Absolutely pathetic!!! I wish I could give zero stars.
