The FedEx in Kennesaw, GA is the only place that seems to have a faulty machine, where it prints a sticker on my packages that results in my package being put on the incorrect driver’s truck and then every single time I will get notified that there is a delay with my delivery. It actually never makes it to my house unless I call my normal driver, Shelly, and alert her of the issue. Tried to ship a much needed fuel card to one of my guys in a different state so he can continue to do his job. Paid for 2 day shipping, it was supposed to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Here it is Friday, and it's been showing sitting at this shipping hub since last Saturday. Paid for 2 day shipping. 4 days late. Great service that you are providing here.

This place, as I can see by other reviewers, is an absolute dumpster fire. They were supposed to deliver a tv for me. Their lazy driver came up to the door (no tv in hand), rang our doorbell and waited about 10 seconds, left a “we missed you” door tag with nothing on it and then SPRINTED back to his truck and drove off before I could get to the door. I called their useless customer service and they said delivery would be re-attempted tomorrow. I even told the customer service rep that I’d help him offload and carry the tv. T... read more
