Aug 2025: I have not had any issues with FedEx delivery since I last wrote this post back in May. Raising from 1-star to 4-stars. Oct 2024 - May 2025: The FedEx in Kennesaw, GA is the only place that seems to have a faulty machine, where it prints a sticker on my packages that results in my package being put on the incorrect driver’s truck and then every single time I will get notified that there is a delay with my delivery. My package has been sitting at this facility for WEEKS without moving
fedex kennesaw location served my area.. fedex needs to fire the supervisors who hired the ppl that represent them... fedex takes no accountability for their workers.. their excuse is... 'theyre contractors' not auctual employees.. stop!... they represent fedex.. packages left at the mailbox.. grease stained packages.. packages left in the driveway.. they SUPPOSE to deliver from the street and not come in your driveway... driving on your lawn...
