Customer support feels like it's in a new, undiscovered language that linguists are trying to interpret. There is virtually no real customer support available. The bots are the worst; they direct you to a mythical land called Oz and leave you there without the Ruby Slippers to return home. I had a terrible experience shipping from India to the US. Everything was destroyed during transit. The shipper refuses to make a claim and won't sign the letter I need to pursue it, which means FedEx won't allow me to file a claim either.... read more
