Quick, informative and courteous
The team is very cooperative, and the best part is that they are open seven days a week. This is great for small businesses that need a courier partner. However, sometimes their shipping costs are higher than UPS and USPS. Despite this, I always try to use this location FedEx because they are always helpful.
The staffs are not helping at all. This is why the world is getting worse and worse because people are lazy and selfish!
Online store hours are not changed and when you arrive after 7pm, the sign on the store is still Open but the store hours are changed and added at the door plus the store sign is “ store closed”. Very very inconvenient for any Fedex customers who are planning to use Fedex after 7pm. Disappointing service.
