I went to this store to drop off a package. The employee was playing a game and i help myself with the process of the returning package. This is ridiculous.
Super rude customer service, cut me off before I could even share what my issue was and hung up the phone on me.
Not a fedex location, misleading
FedEx refused to accept my package even though I had a valid QR code. The staff didn’t even try to scan it and just told me to leave. I wasted my time and gas because of their unprofessional attitude. Very disappointed with this service.
