Let's face it, a corporation is a corporation. It's not the logo or cutesy Decor that make it enjoyable dealing with that particular corporation it's the people, and they should be treated with kindness and respect. It's the workers that make the corporation. Not the other way around. I've dealt with FedEx for years and can't come up with a single bad encounter. That says something. Now if we could go back to ringing doorbells or knocking instead of drop and run, they'd be almost perfect.
