I’m here like everyone else. Incorrect business hours, no one answering the phone. No update on delivery after 5 days.
Every single time one of my packages goes through the Bridgeport facility, delivery will be delayed. On the day of scheduled delivery, the driver will simply not deliver the package, mark it as the customer was not home even though they never went to your house in the first place, and the delivery will be delayed until some unforseen amount of time after which the driver feels like delivering your package. I am waiting for my package since one week and they keep saying you gonna receive today tomorrow now they saying some one make request to hold on it, how it can be possible if I didn’t make any request. I am very disappointed with the service of FedEx
