I had ordered a package and when i tracked my app it said the package was delivered to me on Friday the 10th of July 2026 when there was no package delivered at all the customer care person stated on a call that my package was delivered aswell and i informed them that it was not. After contacting the shipper i bought the item from out of no where Fedex apparently now has my package and now its on its way to me again with no apology for this big error that they had me walk around my whole apartment complex looking for my pack... read more
Without Fail!!! Every single thing I order that gets delivered by FedEx gets lost or stuck in Bridgeport PA. I wish every company that uses their services would stop, this has to be costing them as well

Very easy to pick up a package after a missed delivery. I went the day I missed the delivery attempt due to it requiring a direct signature. The person I spoke to was able to put a hold on it for pickup the next day. Sure enough I went and they brought it out to me with no problems. The process was quick and the workers were all friendly. I usually get my packages delivered to my home from this location and have never had any trouble.
I rarely ever post reviews but had to on my poor service experience. For two days in a row the Bridgeport PA facility advised they were delivering a package and each day I received a text stating they attempted but no one was home to sign, when in fact we were home and no truck came up our drive (we have cameras). “Pictures” of the attempted deliveries were blank. Calls to customer; nothing. One star is too many for Bridgeport FedEx
