I rarely ever post reviews but had to on my poor service experience. For two days in a row the Bridgeport PA facility advised they were delivering a package and each day I received a text stating they attempted but no one was home to sign, when in fact we were home and no truck came up our drive (we have cameras). “Pictures” of the attempted deliveries were blank. Calls to customer; nothing. One star is too many for Bridgeport FedEx
They give their employees expired candy and food to take home. Very horrible.
FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Was hoping they would contact the driver and have him double back, but NOPE. "Let's create a case" they said. "They will assign someone" they said. "Someone will call you" they said. And stay on the line for a survey about what great customer service they provide. I then tried to call the Bridgeport location but could not get anyone live on the phone. Arrgghhh!! Follow up: FedEx delivered to the wrong house.
