Better Business Bureau, where are you at? So like 90% of all the reviews before mine, FedEx allegedly attempted to deliver our package several times, but I, “customer was unavailable.” That is a complete lie, they also took a picture of the “ attempted delivery sticker”, that was never left at our door. This package was too important for me to sit around and wait for something to happen so I drove to the Bridgeport and requested to pick up my package. The worst experience, they are liars and unreliable. Our couch was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday and needed a signature so my husband had to take off work to be there. All day Tuesday it said it was on a vehicle out for delivery, never came. Then it extended to “end of the day”. At 8pm, it switched to the next day. This happened for 3 DAYS!!! Want to give a shout out to excellent off the clock support from FedEx employee, Joe Wagner. He saw my post online asking if anyone received my delivery, showing the picture of delivery. He reached out, got my tracking number, and worked with the site to get it picked up and redelivered. Definitely something he didn't have to do from some random Facebook post and I appreciate it so much! Thank you, Joe!
