Spent thousands through them for shipping and ofc the one time in ten years I order some expensive things all of a sudden my house is scanned as a business and they assumed it was closed. Na that's shady never will I use em or recommend them again.

Zero stars if I could. Called yesterday to arrange for package pick up for a valuable package. Woman assured me I could pick it up today. Drove 30 minutes here and not one person is answering the phone and nobody is at the customer pick up window. What a joke and waste of my time

They will steal your package. Ordered shoes, never got delivered. Called multiple times, all they said was the system is down. Order another item 3 daya later from another store, happen to go to this fedex and arrived to me on time. This made me feel like they picking through our items cause it was a cut on my box when i open it up. If possibly avoid this location at all cost. If you see this location on your package list just play yung miami "Spend dat" and order another item

I called on a Sat because my order was going to be late. Spoke with a Nina Bridgeport PA location. She went above and beyond to go find my package with in an hour of speaking with her I had my package delivered to my car in the waiting area of FedEx. Thank you Nina and your supervisor for saving the day. I was nervous calling because your stars were low. But I give you 5-stars hands down!

My FedEx delivery was supposed to come today, but instead it was held at the Bridgeport FedEx with this message: “Delivery failed - customer requested to reschedule delivery” which we never did. I was depending on the package to come TODAY. This fedex location is poorly managed and unprofessional
