Here's a great tip for anyone that might be contemplating shipping with FedEx: Don't. I get packages regularly from UPS, USPS and occasionally DHL, and while there have been a few issues, nothing I've experienced can match the clown show that is FedEx delivery. Some new kid has delivered packages the last two days, both times he sprints up, chucks the package over our stairs at the door, and sprints away. On top of throwing our crao around, he gave us someone else's package yesterday. The address was like half a mile away, we ended up delivering it to them for him. Young looking guy/gal, blonde ponytail/bun in the back.
