I think this is the first five star review I’ve ever left. Anyways it’s at least the first five star review on here and I am with pleasure leaving it because there was such a kind lady that answered the phone and decided to bring me my package without any stress
My app keeps saying they tried to deliver my package. That does not seem to be true especially if the driver knows how to push buttons on a keypad to enter a building
It never fails, whenever I have a package routed to this facility or being delivered by FedEx it's always late or missing. My latest package shows that there was an attempted delivery and a request to hold the package. Not sure how this is true since I work from home, and no one ever attempted to deliver, and I never requested to hold my package.
