Claims my package was delivered on the tracking app, opened the link and saw FedEx drop it off at a random house in a picture the carrier had taken , so i called and they said it was lost and i needed to contact the shipper ,but i honestly think there is a thief / thieves working there i don't understand how a manager could still be employed with all these one star reviews . This location needs to be investigated .

Very disappointing service. The driver went to the back entrance instead of the main entrance, even though there is a clear sign directing all deliveries to the front of the building. I was home the entire time waiting for the package, but the driver never rang the doorbell or attempted to contact me. Instead, they left a blank door tag with no useful information. Es un pésimo e inaceptable servicio tengo días esperando mi pedido dice que está retenido xq mi dirección está mal pero como puede ser eso posible cuando eh recibido pedidos a esta dirección es incomprensible la falta de responsabilidad de esta gente
