I took a day off work specifically to wait for a delivery that required a signature. The driver showed up, didn’t ring the bell or attempt to contact me, left a “we missed you” notice, and left immediately. That’s extremely frustrating. I then contacted customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, but the representative was unhelpful and just repeated policies without offering any real solution.
