Mi paquete debió llegar desde el jueves el delivery llegó al lugar y no lo dejó según el porque no encontraba la dirección pero 2 horas antes me llegaron más paquetes y si pude recibir pero el delivery que ahora quiere intentar llevar el último no baja de su camioneta a entregar sólo dice que no la encuentra la dirección

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS, my package was supposed to arrive 2/6/2026. It is now about a week late. The driver was outside my house and didn't drop off my package. Now they're unable to locate it. I have tried getting in contact with support, and they're doing nothing to find my package and deliver it. Extremely unprofessional. Do no recommend this shipping company.
Been waiting for a package to be delivered to my house, the estimated time to be delivered was from 10:50 am - 2:50 pm. The FedEx truck stop by at 4:15 pm and did not attempt to even deliver my package even tho I was outside waiting to sign. The delivery status changed right after the truck departed my house. The driver didn't left a door tag saying that they attempt to deliver. LIARSS!!
Been waiting for my package since 11am it is now 4:39pm. Called management and there giving me the run around telling me I have to wait another hour when my package was suppose to be delivered at 11am THIS MORNING.. FED EX NEEDS TO DO BETTER, QUICKLY !! Got me spending my money on shipping when my package ain’t here !!!!! Stop hiring these old people
