The negative reviews can be very misleading. I have dropped packages there various times and the experience has always been top notch. The owner is nothing but helpful and answers any questions that you may have. As far as charging for printing goes, guess what? Anywhere you go, THEY CHARGE YOU. Printing at Staples? Charge you. Printing at CVS/Rite Aid? Charge you. WITH TAX, I might add. People who are seriously complaining about a dollar charge for a print job needs to get over themselves.
The owner has been nothing but helpful to me today. I was in and out with no problems. Everything was explained to me perfectly. This is why it's not always good to believe one star reviews. Sometimes it's the customer who can be a real jerk.
