Dr. Federspiel- Good guy, very personable, very good at the work he does with excellent treatment results. What more can you ask? 'Nuff said!!
New to the area, had seen other dermatologist but never treated like this before! He is the best when it comes to explaining the problem, what he proposes to do, along with detailed spoken and written instructions to take home. Extremely nervous on my first visit as I usually am with doctors, especially new ones, I found both he and his staff to be kind & caring. I began feeling calm as he explained what he saw, my concerns, answered all my questions, & is very easy to talk with. He's GREAT!
The doctor walked out of the room after 5 minutes, without informing me what to do, so I walked to the front desk. The receptionist waived my fees after I told her he'd walked out on me after meeting with me for 5 minutes and letting me know the office visit would cost less than $50. I said, You're charging me about $50 for a nurse typing my information into a computer? He was obviously upset and walked out.
