The worst experience I’ve ever had. They left my hair wet underneath. I wear hair extensions, but they don’t know how to dry hair properly. They left it frizzy and looking terrible. It was an awful job, and they charged me $165 for such poor service “I need you to show me the licenses of the people who performed the blow-dry, or I want a full refund. If they are not properly licensed, I expect my money to be refunded immediately.”
I walked into the salon this morning with low confidence and left feeling like a million dollars.
