My seven-year-old son received a very disappointing haircut from Sebastian. It took me getting in the car and really looking at every aspect of it to realize that it is exactly the opposite of what I wanted for him. I am a non-confrontational person and am not the type to go back in to ask for it to be redone by someone else. It is just one of the worst, most unsettling feelings to pay for something that you cannot stand and now have to pay to be fixed elsewhere.
