Parts department and repair is a joke. I bought a Dodge Journey a week ago, gear shifter was messed up and the vehicle doesn’t want to accelerate at 50-60 almost like a sputter. After I called off work, and got the run around from the parts department and they’re “mechanics” I got told that it’s normal for a 2.4 L to sputter and run like that and the proof was saying the 2018 model does it.
