I'm saying this with gritted teeth as I wish to gatekeep the best gym in the UK for me. Consistently clean gym, incredible quality gym equipment and phenomenally rare posing room. Regrettably had to leave Manchester (to be closer to my team) but there isn't a day that I do not miss training here. quite simply the best gym in the world for me - clean, never too busy, great equipment and vibe. Staff are great. Couldn't say a negative word about this place if i tried
I want to gatekeep becuase its hard to find a good gym. Federation hits the sweet spot between old school bodybuilding gym and premium fitness. Equipment range is amazing and it all works and its never too busy to get onto. Everyone there is good vibes. Worth it.
