My mother has been waiting on the wait list for over 6 years! She recently went to follow up on her application and the lady working in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional!

My elder mother lives in that building. It is in terrible condition. Only 1 laundry room for all three floors and majority of the time at least 2 of the washing machines are out of order. But yet, every few months my mom tells me they raise the rent on her. Last year alone, her rent was increased 3 times. Very bad and greedy management. Everyone whose leaving great and perfect reviews are either employees in that management office or family members of employees in management. They need to put management under investigation

Had a good time very nice office kind of hidden from the street so you have to know where you're going
