Would give zero if I could, the receptionists are lacking in empathy I feel terrible when I used to go there and now i have left and moved on to a newer bigger clinic. I would definitely not recommend and have spoken to quite a few people about it.
I use to be a patient until I was given a diagnosis so bluntly one day. Also ridiculously long wait times. Other clinics around now that are far superior. Give it a miss.
