Used them for the first time today. I had a little trouble understanding the first driver, but he and the one who brought me home were very nice and professional. Great service to my apt. and back home.
I'm in a wheelchair and they left me sitting at the grocery store for over 3 hours and ruined all my food. Then after 3 hours they sent a hatchback car and my wheelchair didn't fit in the car so I ended up rolling All the way home...
I had the scariest experience today. I have called so many people so many departments for everyone to downplay the fact that a grown man came back to my house outside of his pick up hours taunted me. I asked him to leave several times. I had to call the police. No one took my concern. I even raised awareness with the company. All they said they were gonna do or switch companies. They suck. On hold for 20 min and then get hung up on. I scheduled my ride and then called because they didn't show up. They said I called and canceled. I never did that. This has happened multiple times.
