I call to make my medical transportation appointments and enough time to get them scheduled before 72 hours somehow someway they don't get always put on the schedule and I'm left with not being able to go to certain appointments and then they claim oh it's on here oh it's not on here do you have a confirmation number and then you explain what's happened and why your confirmation number is not available there's nothing they can do I only see this and that and the other appointment and it's okay that they screw up whenever the... read more

I had a appointment to get my tooth pulled at 2 (30 min. Out) Told me to be ready by 1. Waited outside while calling at 1:20. The lady said they will be here in 8 min. No show. I called them after 2 asking why they didn't show, and the Driver lied to her and said they was at my house at 1:30 and I didnt pick up the phone. I have house cameras and call logs. I was waiting on the street so the drivers will lie to stay out of trouble. I will be going up to the company myself in person to make a report. My tooth is in severe pai... read more
I have been using this company for 2 year's, not only are the staff some of the rudest ppl I've ever had to deal with. I've been hung up on left at the pharmacy in can't tell you how many time's I've been late because they was late picking me up, I've had inappropriate stuff happen by one of the driver's and by the time I cld find out who you call. I found out that driver had been fired. Most of there driver's are good very polite and on time. Again I said most. Now as I'm sitting on hold for 21 minutes over my referrals. Th... read more
