Call for pick no one came until 6pm I kept calling they was very rude even hung up the phone on me said I need to be patient, it had already been three hours the office was closed I still didn't make it home until 7pm I just had surgery last week ,I had to ride with one driver S/B to take others people home then she met another driver then thst driver took me home this was so wrong ,I security for the state they paid for me to have this transportation and yall receive state this will not end here very bad service, they said ... read more
I recently due to my health was unable to drive my vehicle, nor did I want to ask anyone to give me rides, come to find out this service was available and even better free of charge! So I got signed up and scheduled several Dr appointments and they were here and on time before and after my appointments, make sure you get the VIP and Smile Free cookies and Milk! Set back and enjoy the VIP and ride.

I call to make my medical transportation appointments and enough time to get them scheduled before 72 hours somehow someway they don't get always put on the schedule and I'm left with not being able to go to certain appointments and then they claim oh it's on here oh it's not on here do you have a confirmation number and then you explain what's happened and why your confirmation number is not available there's nothing they can do I only see this and that and the other appointment and it's okay that they screw up whenever the... read more
