I received a drop off/pick up from one of your contracted company (GPS) the driver Adrian was very nice and respectful and prompt me and the resident I escorted enjoyed riding with him he was a very safe driver and he didn’t make us wait hours when I called for the return ride he was there to pick us up within 20min of me calling thanks soo much again Adrian we really appreciate your services
This is the worst experience I have ever had I am in a wheelchair and they supposed to pick me up every morning well they have not picked me twice this week once last week and when you call I don't know the lady's name but she had got to be the first person I have ever felt with don't understand how she had a job and the drivers well they are rude don't understand English don't know how to drive I wish to hof I had a different place to getu rides from these people need to be put out of business
I called from a provider's office to schedule a ride for my patient in 2 weeks at 4:30 pm on a Friday, the man answers the phone like he just woke up and says "Nah, you'll have to call back on Monday" I said, "I'm sorry, are you closed?" He says "Yep" and hangs up. I am not one to complain but train these people to talk like they have some sense.
The most frustrating aspect of their customer service is the lack of patience during interactions, where representatives transfer you between departments without giving you the opportunity to fully explain your issue. This reflects a clear lack of willingness to assist the customer, and the tone of voice often conveys a sense of arrogance.
Very Unprofessional /Rude/ Disrespectful /Weird No compassion Sad 😔
