Amazing Company and great trainings!
I’m only giving one star bc I can’t give 0 stars. I am a customer of a plumbing company who is insured with Federated. The plumbing company flooded my home. They passed me off to this insurance company to get my a settlement for all of the damage done. Let me tell you that it’s been hell for 3 months trying to get all of the work that needs to be accounted for included. They didn’t even send a claims adjuster to my home for a month, and only after my request bc they were trying to just give me money for the water mitigation ... read more
What a P.O.S. Company. One of their insureds failed to yield the right of way as I was entering an intersection and cut me off, Causing over $11,000 in damage to my new Van with less than 13,000 miles. First of all, they wrote an estimate for ~$7,000 using aftermarket parts, not OEM parts, that would have voided much of my warranty Second, then their adjuster says to me that the car is repairable and there is no Diminishment in the Value of the vehicle.
