December 2024: Always a pleasure to see my tank filled within a few days of ordering via the computer. Hardly see or talk with anyone anymore, but when it is this cold, the LP tank is happy when it is full. November 2024: I ordered a fill on Sunday evening, via computer. Fed Coops came and filled my tank on early Monday morning. Such a nice surprise!! Thank you. 26 years long customer calling it done after this season. Persistent customer service issues most propane transactions these last few years and trying to use their customer service dept to resolve is mixed results and a lot of tone issue - not worth paying in advance for these experiences
We received great service at Federated Co-ops in Princeton when we purchased our lawn tractor, bagger, & snow blower. The gentleman that helped us took the time to go over how everything worked on both machines. He was very knowledgeable. We wouldn’t have received that buying in a big box store. It’s also nice to know they will service the equipment as well.

Call 2 months ago! Never received a call back! Most disrespectfully and unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with!! Do not do business with this company. I bought propane from them and 2 weeks later I still didn't have it over Christmas. Then they had the audacity to want to charge me,an extra $300 for an emergency order!! Horrible company. I am going to Ferrel for my businss.
