I've been with this company for years and I have always been satisfied,,,,until today. Ordered and paid for propane last Friday, was told 1-5 business days for delivery. My tank was at 15 percent at the time of order. No delivery Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday. So called and was told to call back today (Friday) I was STILL not on the delivery route! Was asked to go outside to read meter,,,in my pj's and slippers mind you! Couldn't even see an arrow so pretty much down to nothing! They said they would get ahold of manager. I specif... read more

Moved to the area recently so I stopped in to set up account and first fill. The representative was friendly, helpful, and on point. She answered all questions I had and made the process painless. I have other family members who use Federated and love them, and my first impression was great!
