I ordered propane on Monday. They say that they deliver propane within 5 business days. Unfortunately, that doesn't include the day you order it. So now I am paying an additional $125 to get it delivered today. They don't care about their customers, they want to fill their pockets. Shame on them. We are switching to another company after this refill is up. very disappointed.
My time with federated was great I always did the pre buy and never ran out even through the covid year . This company Never let me run out of propane and treated me respectfully. Thank you for always being their. Sincerely Lynda Prucha
Rethinking my 30 year relationship with this company. When fuel assistance was so behind this past year & my fuel was becoming nerve wrackingly low, I called to ask for credit until my fuel assistance came through. And I have a good, better than good, credit score, just for the record, they wouldn't budge or work with me. Causing me to go in debt. A week later they had my Lakes & Pines money. Thanks for nothing federated!
So glad I got on the automatic refill program....🙄 Says the guy with no propane in FEBRUARY in Minnesota. Awesome 👌
