Never even taken my kiddos here but as I was skimming through their website I noticed that the world authorizations was spelled "authorisations". While I know it's probably not the doctors themselves that did this it's not very inviting, doesn't make them look very knowledgeable or professional!
First time visit today. The worst reception area. The old as dirt dilapidated chairs, dirty floor were terrible but...it didn't come close to the idiot behind the reception window who didn't understand simple English after I repeated myself 4 times!
Dr. Cheng is the absolute best. I have been taking my daughters to see him for about 7 years and by far the most personable and caring paediatrician I have encountered. I even dropped my son’s dr of 14 years once I met Dr. Cheng. His entire team is awesome and super helpful.
