Doctors are obviously the bottom of the barrel here. It took over a month to get an appt with my primary, then 6 more weeks after that to get to see an ortho doc...ridiculous. this is not health care!!!! Avg wait time for my appts are 6-10 weeks!!!! Dont even try asking for out of network...that takes work on your end and around 6 to 10 business days for them to even "initiate" the process. I will be dropping kaiser asap ...terrible network. Its the DMV of healthcare...
By far the worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider!! Doctors and care team members are not concerned with helping you, just scheduling multiple appointments in order to bill you more! If you are looking for actual health care assistance, I would highly suggest finding another office.
