Andrea Anderson was very nice and my wife and I felt very comfortable talking and sharing with her. I felt safe enough to confide about past traumas but this led to her refusing to see us again until I had a personal therapist. She did this via email. She wouldn't even touch base with us or have a check-in session. It was hurtful and the confidence we put in her was betrayed.
